"Our main project is an ongoing program to feed the hungry in Henderson County. This program provides an assortment of dry groceries. We also try to provide cleaning, hygiene, personal care items and some over-the-counter medications, none of which are covered by food stamps. The food program currently feeds 225-250 families per month. We are constantly receiving new referrals from other agencies in our community. We serve people and families of all age ranges. The Storehouse does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, ethnic origin, or religious affiliation."
Ringfree glady donates phone service to the Storehouse, and they receive 5% of the monthly invoice of a referred customer.
"ERC Broadband is committed to improving the technological infrastructure of the Western Carolinas. With a focus on economic development through education, research, and government projects, ERC Broadband is not only bringing the Internet to the rural Western Carolinas, but also bringing next generation Internet and advanced technology to the region. We offer a wide range of communications services in support of the region."
Ringfree wholeheartedly supports ERC's mission, and their implementation of that mission. We work hand in hand with ERC to bring the best Internet connectivity to our customers. We don't require that your internet be through the ERC, but we do prefer it!

To us, supporting local businesses doesn't stop with Shop & Dine Henderson County - It is all about creating a stable and vibrant community! Henderson County businesses create jobs (tax revenue for schools, parks, roads) while offering diversity in the marketplace, with unique products and services not found in big-box stores or chain restaurants. Not to mention - these local business are owned by the very people who sponsor our little leagues, donate to our local charities, and volunteer for our community events - giving back to the community in countless ways. You rely on them, but can they rely on you?
Being a local business, we strongly support the efforts of groups like RelyLocal. Judy McKnight our RelyLocal representative is also an agent for Ringfree.
